By accessing or using KuickDrop.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

KuickDrop ("we," "us," or "our") provides a secure online platform for transferring large files up to 10GB in size without requiring registration. Files uploaded to KuickDrop are encrypted and stored on our servers for a maximum of 14 days from the date of upload, after which they are automatically deleted.

3. User Responsibilities

• File Content: You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload or share through KuickDrop. Ensure your files comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Content: Do not upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content violating intellectual property rights or containing malware.
• File Size: The maximum file size allowed is 10GB. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected.

4. File Storage & Validity

• Storage Duration: Files are stored for 14 days maximum before automatic deletion.
• No Backup: We do not provide backup services. Maintain your own copies of important files.
• Download Limits: Each file may have download restrictions to prevent abuse.

5. Security & Privacy

• Encryption: All files are encrypted using AES-256 encryption during transfer and storage.
• Confidentiality: While we implement strong security measures, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet transfers.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your files solely to provide the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use KuickDrop to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Spam or harass others
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuickDrop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
